Total Distribution, Inc. (TDI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Peoples Services, Inc. (PSI), headquartered in Canton, Ohio has acquired the assets of D+S Distribution, Inc., and Integrated Logistics Services, Inc.

Total Distribution, Inc. (TDI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Peoples Services, Inc. (PSI), headquartered in Canton, Ohio has acquired the assets of D+S Distribution, Inc., and Integrated Logistics Services, Inc., headquartered in Wooster, Ohio with 19 locations in Wooster, Orville, Shelby, Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio.

Doug Sibila, Chief Executive Officer of PSI said, “Adding the high-quality D+S Distribution companies and services to our existing network will improve the service levels and flexibility to PSI and D+S’s current customers.” The acquisition continues the strategy of further diversifying and expanding the services offered by PSI and its affiliates. D+S’s sterling reputation and history were a critical component and rationale for the acquisition.
