ProVia expanding to Wayne County with Dalton purchases

ProVia’s growth over the past years has been incredible, and soon it will add to that growth, having purchased a pair of properties in Wayne County.
ProVia announced its intent to purchase two Dalton real estate properties from Toop and Toop II LLC. The main building, located at 630 Henry St., is approximately 303,000 square feet of retail and manufacturing space located on 24 ½ acres and has high visibility from U.S. Route 30. The other 4-acre property is 1.3 miles away at 1543 Zuercher Road and contains 22,500 square feet of warehouse.
“We’ve been looking for property in Wayne County for a little while now,” said Joe Klink, executive director of corporate engagement at ProVia. “As we continue to grow, part of the consideration is the workforce. When you look at it from a qualified workforce standpoint, we were looking at Wayne County, and while we were doing so, we were approached with this opportunity. With our continued growth at our current facilities, that is what triggered us to begin looking at Wayne County even before these properties were brought to our attention.”
