A regional partnership of fourteen major Northeast Ohio economic development organizations and Team NEO conducted a region-wide starting wage and benefits survey of businesses in the sixteen counties that comprise Northeast Ohio. These include Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne counties.
